This feature would help. Also, if you could somehow make/create/assign tasks in a way that was simple, streamlined and available both in the message and on the menu and on the list of emails itself-it would supercharge the productivity people could get with this app. There are a few other minor and small things that just seem either to be mising or a little too cumbersome-but overall, after trying a myriad of different email clients, this is the one I use (and come back to whenever I stray to some new shiny object) and this is the one I recommend beacuse its positives far outweigh its small, minor inconveniences.Hi M. If you’d prefer to opt-out of participating in our anonymized research, you can do so in the settings menu."Missing a Few Small Things But I Use & Recommend ItIf you could more easily add emails to the folders of other accounts you've added to Edison-it would save a lot of time for a buisness like mine, where, having evolved over time, we have multiple accounts: some are old, and some are new, and for some reason we still need to use/have them in some capacity. Personal information like your name or email address is NEVER shared. Only commercial emails (example: receipts, Travel, Package Delivery) are stored to deliver Edison Mail Assistant features built into the Email app and Edison Trends. We access new email subject headers (deleted thereafter), required to send notifications of an email arrival. Loss in image quality when saving in word for mac 2011You can not turn it off on Mac like you can by disabling background app refresh on iOS. This app only allows for your emails to be pulled in the background every 1, 3, or 5 minutes. When I started looking for reasons, I was led to see what apps are constantly pulling internet info in the background. I downloaded it and realized that my battery would drain crazy fast. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 16", so that should not be the case. When I got home at 5 pm, only using it for 15 minutes (the rest of the day the laptop was closed and in my backpack) it was at less that 40% battery. I only used my laptop for about 15 minutes all day. I left at 7am and it was 100% charged, I closed my laptop and took it with me to school. I had it for one day while I was student teaching. Full-featured? No.As a designer myself I would agree that Edison looks simpler, cleaner and less cluttered than many of its peers. Please send us specific details (including screenshots of how much battery/processing power our app is taking on your device.)We look forward to hearing from you with specific details so we can investigate, and we can be reached here: (make sure to include “App Store review” in the subject line of your message.) □Simple? Yes. That said, a large amount of battery consumption isn't something we hear about from our users often (if at all), so we'd be happy to investigate. As not all account types have this type of functionality out of the box, Edison Mail supplies this. Hopefully they change this option because I honestly love the app but it is 100% unusable on MacBook because it will kill your battery.Hi answer24, happy to clear up the confusion – our app is constantly interacting in the background to keep your inbox updated. You can also MOVE messages between "Focused" and "Other", just tap the "…" next to the Block/Unsubscribe button in the message itself.Regarding the lack of yes/no buttons in your calendar invites, please contact us directly and with more information/screenshots, and engineering can take a look! We can be reached here: (make sure to include “App Store review” in the subject line of your message. My second issue with Edison is that I don't get the "Yes? No?" response buttons for any of the calendar invitations I get in email, such as MS Office 365 calendar events and Zoom meetings - this is a big problem to me and until I see any changes on this I won't be using Edison as my main email client.First and foremost – you can disable focused inbox in our app preferences if it's not to you're liking. First is that the Focused mode has caused me to miss emails that I'm not typically supposed to miss - not to say missing them caused significant problem, but to say that I wish at least it could be made a bit more obvious than what I'm currently seeing in Edison that I have more emails to read than what I just finished reading in Focused.
